A misunderstanding ensued among the herders on Wednesday July 22, 2020 prompting a battle with the herdsmen assaulting themselves with cutlasses.

Four casualties recognized as Omaru Ali, 25, Bello Aliu, 24, Omaru Ali, 25, and Mohamadu Moro, 28 endured different cutlasses wounds .

Omaru Bello’s right hand wrist was cut off, Belo Ali was dispensed with profound cut on the forehead ,while Mohamadu Moro’s throat was slashed.

Quick intervention by the Asesewa Police upon receipt of information at around 3:40pm assisted with sparing lives as the bleeding battle heightened.

As indicated by the Police, the casualties were totally discovered lying in a pull of blood at the scene .

They were immediately hurried to the Asesewa Government Hospital .

No arrest has been made .
